Il Proverbio /Jetta Grotto / Capri

These are our main, international buffet restaurants offering an extensive variety of salads, carved meats, freshly cooked pastas and of course the sumptuous dessert selection produced under the watchful eye of our award-winning pastry chef.

Il Proverbio is open daily with Grotto and Capri according to season.

Ponte Vecchio

Tucked around the corner from the dramatic pool waterfall, Il Ponte Vecchio a-la-carte restaurant offers authentic Italian cuisine served with style in an intimate atmosphere.

Open: 7 PM – 11 PM

Beach Restaurant

Fresh fish served whole or fillet is expertly grilled over charcoal in this indoor/outdoor casual eaterie. Alternatively, order some traditional Lebanese specialities or a delicious pizza baked in our wood-burning oven.

Open: Thursday 7 PM – 11 PM, Friday 12:30 PM – 11 PM , Saturday lunch.(Subject to change according to season)

Il Gabbiano “Pool Bar”

Adjacent to the pool and overlooking the beach, Il Gabbiano offers a comprehensive menu of light fare that is perfect for between swims. Chilled beers, wines and soft drinks complement your meal.

Open: Meals, noon to Sunset, Beverages, 9am to Sunset.

Café Torino

Our lobby café bar serves cocktails, specialty coffees and individual home-baked pastries in cool, comfortable surroundings. Evenings here often feature live piano or saxophone sessions from top Egyptian artistes.

Open: 9 AM – 11 PM

Shisha Corner Café

Choose from an endless selection of flavours in the traditional water-pipe and enjoy under the stars.

Open: Sunset to mid-night.

Blu notte disco

Dance to the mixes from our resident DJ while enjoying a cocktail.

Open: 10.30pm – 2am.  According to season.
